Monday Yoga in the Park

Start your week off right with relaxing yoga in the park! The Glass Jug Downtown is sponsoring a series of FREE Monday night yoga classes at Durham Central Park. These classes are inclusive and open to all ages and experience levels. They will be bilingual led in English and Spanish by You Call This Yoga, a local non-profit whose mission is to provide free, accessible yoga practices to enhance physical and emotional well being. Classes will be rain or shine and held under the pavilion. Though we do enjoy having you in the taproom after class, these classes are not only available to people who want to have a beer afterwards. Please spread the word to anyone who might enjoy a yoga class on us!
EXTRA FUN: On June 26th, Glass Jug Co-Owner Katy Creech will be offering a free tasting after class!
