Exotique’s 20 Year Anniversary Celebration

Durham’s beloved Exotique will celebrate its 20th anniversary on April 25th from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a community celebration honoring the artists, customers, and cultural traditions that have shaped the store over the past two decades. Located on Main Street, Exotique has become known for introducing art & fashion from all over the world while also providing an early platform for many local artists and craft makers in the Triangle. The anniversary celebration will include an Exotique-themed photobooth, live portrait sketches by local artist Adair and other artist appearances, music provided by the popular, up-and-coming local DJ Damola, a fashion parade organized by Sahara Gar of NCCU’s Eagle Fashion Institute, and a look back at 20 years of art, style, and community in Durham.
