Paradox Opera presents: Triple Threat Night @ The Fruit!

One-Act / Open Mic / Cabaret: Three events, ONE NIGHT ONLY!

8:00 PM – Don Giovanni (Abridged!)
Sex, puppets, and eternal damnation! (Not necessarily in that order.)
What happens when opera’s most famous seducer petitions a heavenly judge for parole from Hell? Utter chaos. This one-act show features an assortment of famous arias & duets in a new (and spectacularly profane) English translation by Gwen Hyland — in other words, this is Mozart like you’ve never heard him before!

9:30 PM – Broadway After Dark
The evening continues with a musical theatre cabaret and open mic co-hosted by Paradox Opera and The Fruit, featuring cast members from our recent production of Next to Normal and expert accompaniment from pianist Eric Luke! Additional performers can sign up to sing on our website, and cast members from a touring Broadway show might even stop by to celebrate their 750th performance with us!
(A ticket purchase is required for those who wish to sing on the open mic.)
