Collage Club

Collage Club is a monthly community gathering at The Fruit dedicated to higher education through art. In a non-hierarchical setting rooted in Surrealism, we use provided materials – substrates, scissors, glue sticks, found objects, pre-cut images – to explore visual play, personification and the subconscious. Each session begins with a theme and prompts designed to encourage “creating first and thinking later.” All experience levels are welcome to join this creative laboratory where things that look like things become something else entirely.
