OUR GLORIOUS MARCH TO HELL kicks up Saturday, July 18th from 1-6 pm.
Hot Dog Eating Competition @ 2 pm (details below, Must sign up before the event to compete, limited spots available. Proceeds from signups go to a nonprofit!)

Squatwurst Competition @ 3 pm (put on the hot dog on a string belt and see who can squat their dog into the buns the fastest. Winner takes home a big prize! Signups open at 1 pm, free to compete and attend)
Hot Dog Prize Raffle Drawing @ 4 pm ($1/ticket available for purchase 1-4 pm. All proceeds go to Meals on Wheels of Durham Nonprofit)
B-Dogs Food Truck 1-6 pm (on-site selling hot dogs and sausages w/ your choice of toppings!)
Hot Dog Photobooth (~Become the hot dog~)
Hot Dog Stickers and Coloring Book Pages (free until we run out! Two things adults and kids can agree upon.)

Fear not, our Annual Charity Hot Dog Eating Contest is almost upon us. Join DSSOLVR on Saturday, July 18th from 1pm-6pm in celebrating the greasiest, glizziest holiday of them all.
Prepare yourselves for the hellish challenge of courage and gluttony as you embark on the journey to claim your GLIZZY GLORY. Are you daring enough to traverse the FOUR FEET to HELL? That’s right—FOUR, FOOT-LONG HOTDOGS, ONE PILS, and one chance to emerge as the FOUR FEET to HELL CHAMPION!
The Challenge:All Eaters will battle against the relentless HELL CLOCK. You must devour your dogs and chug your PILS in under 6 minutes and 66 seconds. Should there be a tie, prepare for the ultimate showdown—a tie-breaking game of FLIP CUP.
The Prize:The fastest challenger to conquer their Hell Dogs and drain their PILS will be crowned, celebrated, and hailed as the FFtH Champion. Succeed, and your epic feat will be immortalized on our Champion Belt & the Wall of Flames– the Champion will bask in unimaginable prestige and seize the top prize! Fear not, for we also honor the valiant 2nd and 3rd place contenders.

Witness the mind-blowing “Four Feet to Hell” Hotdog Eating Contest, where fearless competitors battle for GLIZZY GLORY. Devouring 4x Foot-long Hot Dogs in just 6 minutes and 66 seconds (and 16oz of Beer!), they push their gastronomic limits to the extreme! To compete, signup is required (details coming soon) but to attend is free! All proceeds from competitor signups and raffle tickets sold during the event benefit Meals on Wheels Durham .

As always, we’ve got a special Beer to commemorate the occasion. This year, however, we decided to change up the recipe and go for something that screams “HOT DOG BEER” and nothing felt more appropriate than a special riff on American Lager. 100% @riverbendmalt ever-so-gently hopped, fermented low and slow with our House Lager Yeast, spunded for dat natural carbonation, and Lagered for many moons in our Horizontal Tanks. Light, crushable, and delicious. Available on draft and in cans in BOTH TAPROOMS ONLY! NO DISTRO!
