The recipes that we use in our restaurants are the same ones that we use at home. They were passed down to us from our parents and from us to our children. Our dishes are made from scratch, we cater to both Vegan and Gluten free needs. Tofu and Imitation Chicken (Soy Protein) are available substitutes.
