At Rose & Lee we are a women’s clothing, accessory, and gift boutique partnering with conscientious brands committed to making the world a better place. We elevate the stories of the makers and brand owners while educating and building a community of thoughtful consumers. Our goal is to empower and create transformation for women locally and around the world.

Rose & Lee was founded by two women, from diverse backgrounds and at different stages of life, united by a common passion: amplifying the stories of others. Their paths crossed while working with at-risk girls in the area, and they shared a profound desire to effect change in their own community, right here in North Carolina. In November of 2019, they established Rose & Lee in a charming old house in Downtown Apex as well as online. From there, they began curating ethically crafted goods, each carrying its own unique and meaningful narrative, just like Amber and Prisca themselves. Since then, Rose & Lee Co. has been dedicated to curating incredible brands, each with a mission of change and empowerment, spanning sustainability and human rights.
