We pull from our years behind the bar and behind the line to approach brewing hard seltzer from a craft and culinary perspective. We use fresh fruits, herbs, and local ingredients to produce exciting crisp flavors. Some you'll be familiar with, while others will surprise you.

At FIZZWERKS, we keg most of our cocktails in house to provide speed of service and consistency. Cocktails on draft allow you to order that 12 ingredient Tiki drink and have it served in the same amount of time as pouring one of our hard seltzers.

We get it, not everyone is a big drinker for any number of reasons, but you should still be included. We want FIZZWERKS to be your Third Space. By layering ingredients like fresh fruit, botanicals, teas, and even mushrooms, we've crafted no/low alcoholic beverages with all the flavor you would expect in your favorite cocktail.
