The Allen Tate Durham office is located in the historic Brightleaf neighborhood at 112 S. Duke Street in Durham.

The building dates back to 1924, when it was constructed as the Nash Motor Company Showroom, and was later home to Dillon Supply Company from 1942 to 1997.
