All About Natural Wines

What does it mean when a wine is considered “natural?” In this class we will explore this fascinating, and sometimes controversial subject! We’ll taste six naturally grown and produced wines that cover a wide range of styles and approaches. We’ll look back at the history of the natural wine movement, learn about its key historical figures, explore the techniques of natural viticulture and wine-making, and speculate where it’s all heading.
