Triangle Vegan Chef Challenge

This January, The Durham is thrilled to participate in the Triangle Vegan Chef Challenge, a month-long celebration of creative and delicious vegan cuisine in our Restaurant. Join us for our Lunch and Dinner services this month as our culinary team competes alongside talented chefs from across the region to craft inspired vegan dishes for you to enjoy.

Featured Vegan Creations:

Traditional Mediterranean Hummus – $13
Roasted wild mushrooms with shallots and sumac, served with pickled green chickpeas. A harmonious blend of bold flavors and fresh ingredients.

Pozole Rojo
Lunch: $18 | Dinner: $23
Charred leek and chile broth, smoked tofu, seasonal market vegetables, fried avocado, and tostadas. A vibrant twist on a comforting classic.
