In this class you will learn the basic fundamentals of strength training as well as the different qualities and concepts of it to approach and achieve your goals in the gym.
The class will normally consist of 2 movements per session with warm up & cool down as well as a short briefing on what to expect and focus on for the day.
The first time you are looking for the class go in the first set of doors of the restaurant “It’s a Southern Thing” then go down stair and call or text the number on the flyer (which is me) I will let you in the gym and show you to the studio.
The first class is free! After that it will be 30$.
