On Wednesday, April 12th at 7pm, we are thrilled to be partnering with chef Jackson Hubble who will soon be opening Oyster Dumpling Bar right here in Durham! Jackson will be presenting a three course tasting of his delicious, raw oysters on the half-shell, and pork and beef dumplings in two different presentations. Each course will be paired with a different wine. This is a limited seating, ticketed event so order yours here today. Here’s the menu:
Dumpling and Oyster Pop-Up $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity)
Tuesday April 12th, at 7pm
First Course – Three oysters on the half-shell in chef Jackson’s special mignonette sauce paired with 2018, Oudiette x Filles Champagne Blanc de Blancs, Extra Brut.
Second Course – Two beef and cilantro dumplings in a rice wine vinegar and ginger sauce paired with 2022, Ovum, Oregon ‘Big Salt’ White Blend.
Third Course – Two pork and cabbage dumplings in chili crisp paired with 2021, Schloss Lieser, Estate Riesling Feinherb.
