After a long wait, we are bringing back our Perfect Pairings Series with a real banger of a celebration! Join us on New Years Eve Eve for a glitzy, four course meal from Chef Ray Williams, perfectly paired with delicious ciders from Botanist & Barrel. Chef Ray Williams will walk you through four mouthwatering courses of locally sourced goodness. Ed Mera, from Botanist & Barrel out of Asheville, will give you an in depth look at their unique and natural cider line up.
