Ryan Bethea’s farm, Oysters Carolina will be providing these fresh (harvested that morning) oysters grown on his farm off the waters of Harkers Island. These deep cup award winning oysters are known as some of the saltiest in the state.

We’ll be shucking these fine mollusks for you Raw or Grilled. Preorder to guarantee your Oysters. We will have a limited quantity to sell beyond pre-orders.
The only way to guarantee you get oysters is to pre-order them. There will be a very limited amount of extra oysters available.
