KELLY REED
Kelly Reed (formerly i.e. kokoro) draws from years of classical training and orchestral performance to inform her music, and has been writing and performing as a multi-instrumentalist in bands since 2012. With thoughtful lyrics and compositions, she crafts sonic landscapes that explore universal experiences of what it means to be human. Self-describing her music as “genre-unconcerned,” Kelly’s unique style has been likened to artists such as Emily Haines, Susanne Sundfør, Sufjan Stevens, and Cat Power.
After shutting the proverbial door on “i.e. kokoro,” Kelly now makes her debut (as herself) with the upcoming release, STUPID IDIOT, an album inspired by personal experiences with the complexities of mental health. STUPID IDIOT releases on all streaming and download platforms on April 7, 2023.
NOLÄ
Nolä is an LA-based indie-electronic dreampop artist, singer, songwriter, and producer from Raleigh, NC. She majored in songwriting at Berklee College of Music in 2021 and has put out several artist projects including “Crime Of Commitment”, and most recently, “Paper Planes”. Nolä’s songwriting spans to other artists as well. As a session songwriter, she has worked on songs such as “Talk (About What?)” by Aiida, which reached No. 9 in Norway. She draws inspiration from Bon Iver, The Japanese House, Yebba, Remi Wolf, and POND. Nolä’s lyrics are conversational and raw, and her vocals are both lulling and dreamy while maintaining a certain hypnotic, wavy nature. She hopes it hurts you good 🙂
