Inside the Library: A behind the scenes look at Durham County Main Library

Join Durham County Library and Vines Architecture for a special presentation on the design of Main Library and the principles of library architecture. Local architects will give an inside perspective on how libraries are built and explain how the old building was transformed into a state-of-the-art modern library, as well as discuss the social, economic, and technological considerations that guide their work. This program will be held in the library’s Innovation Lab on the 3rd floor.
