De-mystifying Mold making: Introduction to Mold making

In this class you will learn how to take a mold of a simple object of your choice (instructor will reach out prior to the class for photos of the item or can provide an item to use to make your mold). We will discuss the reasonings for multi part molds with examples, using plaster for mold reinforcement, as well as how to choose the right materials to make your molds.
Day 1 ( 2 hrs) will be consist of creating the form for the mold and pouring your silicone.
Day 2 ( 1 hr) will be demolding and trimming
