Stop by the DAC for April Third Friday and support the talented arts educators of DPS! “Durham Public Schools Art Instructor Showcase,” DAC’s first exhibit collaboration with the entire school system, is now on view in the Allenton and Semans Galleries of the Durham Arts Council building. In addition to the visual art exhibit, we are delighted to host a special performance by the George Watts Elementary Chorus, led by Choral Director Keli Burke. The choir will perform at 6:30 pm, singing a selection of songs for all to enjoy.

“bear it/bare it/bear witness” will be opening the same evening in the Durham Art Guild’s Truist Gallery.

Masks and temperature checks are required to enter the Durham Arts Council building. This event is free and open to the public.
